Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure a perfect fit
  • Anticipate and resolve customer problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments in accordance with company security procedures
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Participation in a sanctioned Apprentice Program
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
  • Awareness of current fashion trends and sales skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Actively studying for LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program
  • Optical dispensing experience
  • Previous customer service and retail experience
