Welder Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding operations, inspecting assemblies, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Welding Operations: Perform MIG welding on various metal components, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect welded assemblies for conformance to specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Be willing to adapt to changing production schedules, priorities, and workflows.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in MIG welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong understanding of welding principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
