We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Pomona. As a Speech Language Pathology Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure and certification in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
