Job Summary:

This role requires a skilled Data Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex workflows using IBM Unica software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners to build cross-channel communications using campaign platforms such as Unica/IBM Campaign.

About the Role:

  • \
  • Develop and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for campaigns.\
  • Serve as the technical lead on projects, translating and conveying business solutions and strategies into system and database architecture.\
  • Identify data solutions to support complex campaigns, including SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, flat files, and data warehouses.\
  • Maintain and update the workflow automation environment to ensure optimization.\
  • Participate in quality assurance, software testing, and documentation efforts.\
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing technical support to Business partners.\
  • Create and translate complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc business requests.\
  • Collaborate with technology partners for data requests, issue escalation, and resolution.\
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data workflow engineering.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.\\
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Prior experience working with campaign management platforms and workflow automation tools.\
  • Expert-level knowledge of Alteryx, Unica, and other related technologies.\
  • Experience with data quality review processes, data QA, UAT, and data validation techniques.\
  • Able to create strategic plans and prioritize tasks effectively.\
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.\
  • Familiarity with ETL applications (SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica).\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data workflow engineering.\
  • Proficiency in programming languages (.Net/C++/C#/Java) and scripting languages (Batch/Shell/Java Script).\
  • Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau/Cognos/Business Objects/Power BI).\
  • Knowledge of ETL applications (SSIS/Alteryx/Informatica).\
  • Understanding of HEDIS Star measures and Medicare and Retirement lines of business.\
  • Professional certification in data workflow engineering or related field.\\
