Key Responsibilities

As a Tax Senior, your primary duties will include:
  • Managing tax compliance projects for hedge funds
  • Analyzing tax regulations and communicating their implications to clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • CPA certification or in progress
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns
  • Understanding of partnership allocations for private investment funds
  • Familiarity with tax concepts such as wash sales, straddles, and carried interest
  • Knowledge of distribution waterfall structures
