Job Description

Somacis Inc. is a global leader in printed circuit board manufacturing, serving a diverse range of industries with high-performance products.

We are seeking an experienced Waste Treatment Specialist to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining our waste treatment system.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hazardous waste operations, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Operate and maintain waste treatment system to ensure compliance with permit conditions and hazardous waste regulations.
  • Perform chemical analysis and reporting, and track results in SPC software.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all test methods.
  • Ensure proper safety requirements and practices are followed by all persons in lab areas.

The salary for this position is estimated at $52,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Strong understanding of hazardous waste operations and basic chemistry.
  3. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and make decisions.
