**Job Summary**

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing organization as an Associate Project Engineer for our Seattle 552 operations based in Woodinville, WA. This dynamic position offers hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct safety meetings
  • Create and manage punch lists
  • Support Quality Control Measures outlined in the QA/QC program
  • Prepare RFI's and submittals
  • Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
  • Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
  • Support implementation of job schedule
  • Coordinate warranties and O&M's
  • Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Construction Science
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Able to work in a team environment and learn new job skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
