As a Medical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in our laboratory team, responsible for performing patient analytic laboratory testing, quality control, data analysis, results reporting, instrument maintenance, and technical problem resolution.

About the Role

  • You will receive and process specimens, ensuring accurate identification and suitability for testing.
  • You will acquire and prepare reagents as needed, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • You will perform instrument maintenance and calibration, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Sciences.
  • Certification or registry eligibility for Medical Technologist, MLS (ASCP), or MT (ASCP), or AMT.
  • Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible (if duties will include phlebotomy).
  • SM (ASCP), RM (NRM) for Microbiology only.
  • SC, SM (ASCP), MS in Clinical Chemistry or molecular diagnostics experience preferred for Immunology only.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our pay scale is competitive, with a range of $57.38 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
