A Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for preparing and dispensing medications while ensuring compliance with professional standards, practices, and specific prescriptions.

Additionally, this position offers consultative services to both internal teams and external clients regarding medications, potential interactions, expectations, and other pertinent information.

Maintains thorough documentation of clinical activities and relevant outcomes.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Doctorate Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Doctorate Degree.

Experience:
Prior experience is essential.

Certification and Licensure:
Eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure may be accepted in lieu of an actual license; a PA Pharmacist License is required within a specified timeframe post-hire.

Required Skills:
Proficient computer skills, including navigation and usage.

Exceptional communication abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient in operating multi-line telephone systems.
