Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Processing payments and managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Processing customer credit card payments and ACH payments
  • Obtaining freight quotes and processing freight claims
  • Ordering office supplies and performing other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, ERP, and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to cross-train and assist different roles

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $18-$23
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • Benefits: health care, PTO accrual, 401k, and holiday pay
