Senior Funeral Service ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Funeral Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding families through the pre-arrangement process, ensuring their wishes are carefully considered and fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and professional guidance to families as they plan pre-arranged funeral services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our comprehensive range of services and products to effectively advise clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their needs and preferences to tailor personalized arrangements.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by conducting insightful consultations and delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide families with the most current and relevant information.
- Possess a valid insurance license.
- Hold a licensed funeral director certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families during sensitive times.
- Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Show genuine empathy and compassion for those experiencing loss, providing support and understanding throughout the pre-arrangement process.
