About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at The Club at Seven Canyons in Sedona, AZ. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality menu items and specials in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items and specials to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certificate required.
