Job Description

This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month of hire date or job transfer date required; Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required;
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire;
