Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a skilled and compassionate nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, providing support and expertise as needed
  • Promote patient independence by teaching patients and families about self-care skills and condition management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in ICU or critical care nursing
  • Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse License (RN) or approved multi-state license
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Education: Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree
