**Registered Nurse - RN - Med Surg Full Time Nights**

**Job Summary:**


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Sebastian River Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**


  • Current/Active Florida RN License or Compact License
  • Associates degree in Nursing
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS Certification
