Job Summary

Badger State Staffing is seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with site preparation, assembling and installing concrete forms, and mixing and pouring concrete. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with site preparation for foundation pours, including leveling, trenching, and setting up footings
  • Assemble, install, and maintain concrete forms for foundations, ensuring proper alignment and stability
  • Mix, pour, and level concrete using hand tools and equipment
  • Operate vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure proper concrete compaction
  • Assist with finishing concrete surfaces as needed
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Concrete Laborer or in a related field
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs., carrying, and shoveling heavy materials
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites within an hour radius of Appleton
  • Attention to detail for precise finishing work
