Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Vevolution Hubs. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily customer orders and coordinate order processing with production, warehouse, transportation, sales, and the customer.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order delivery, invoicing, and communication with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify customer requests, confirm order acknowledgments, and maintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customer.
  • Report customer feedback and complaints to management, and develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and prior experience required.
  • Professional telephone skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and typing skills, with general working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Efficient and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range of $39,000-50,000.
  • Benefits package including vision, medical, and dental coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
