Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Tel Hai Retirement Community, a nonprofit retirement community in Honey Brook, PA. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $15.86 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus.

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community's areas, including resident and public spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, dusting, vacuuming, and performing other tasks as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Clean assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures
• Clean floors, dry mop, and wet mop
• Empty trash and waste receptacles
• Vacuum carpeting and walk-off mats
• Dust, high-dust, spot-clean, wash, polish, and disinfect
• Clean bathroom areas (resident and public)
• Assist with feeding residents during mealtimes

• Prior housekeeping/custodial experience preferred but not required
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
• Must possess a strong customer service focus
