Key Responsibilities:- Perform laboratory evaluations of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing testing procedures and outcomes.
- Oversee laboratory operations to align with project specifications.
- Assist in the upkeep and calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Ensure cleanliness and systematic organization within the laboratory environment.
- Conduct inventory assessments and uphold quality control standards.
- Comply with organizational policies and safety protocols.
- Engage in mandatory training sessions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Preferred certifications in Nuclear Safety, ACI, and ATTI Lab.
- Experience in sampling and testing soils and aggregates.
- Advanced understanding of soil mechanics and testing of concrete/asphalt.
- Ability to stand or walk continuously for 8-9 hours each day.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Possible exposure to various environmental conditions.
