Job Overview
As a Large Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the establishment of project schedules, ensuring efficient project execution and timely completion. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a technical resource for scheduling, supporting the development of overall schedule baselines and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed within established tolerances. You will also coordinate data inputs from various disciplines and functions to ensure accurate forecasts and reporting of project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote knowledge exchange and quality application through technical coaching
* Contribute to the improvement of Schedule Management Work Process and leverage learning experiences
* Provide recommendations on cycle time reduction opportunities and techniques
* Develop schedule management plans for project plans for management and control
* Develop conceptual schedules to evaluate various alternates or anticipated schedule challenges
* Maintain comprehensive integrated master project schedules including Front-end Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, and Start-up/Commissioning Project Stages
* Utilize project cost estimates to resource load project schedules and gain alignment with estimated scope of work and the project schedule earned value management
* Perform staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to validate schedule durations and ensure resource-leveling supports the project strategy

Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree OR 10 years of experience in project controls scheduling. Prior scheduling experience using Primavera P6 is required. Additionally, you must be willing and able to travel within the US Gulf Coast Region to support business needs.
