We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical trials process and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of investigational medications.
Key Responsibilities- Process outpatient and inpatient investigational prescriptions using our CTP computerized drug management system.
- Receive and manage investigational drug supplies, including handling patient and sponsor returns.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including drug ordering, receipt, expiration date checks, accountability, and drug returns.
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile products in accordance with USP and hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in training pharmacy staff and maintain required training competencies.
- Correspond with study team members and sponsors as needed.
- Participate in study closure and document archival.
- Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license
- National Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Research pharmacy experience
