Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with clinical services, such as blood pressure checks and immunizations
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
