About the Job

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality care to residents. You will be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, tracking the wellbeing of residents, and monitoring their vital signs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
