About the JobAs a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality care to residents. You will be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, tracking the wellbeing of residents, and monitoring their vital signs.
Responsibilities- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
- Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
- Review residents' charts and medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
- Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
