  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond quickly to changes or emergencies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification with skills demonstration
  • At least one year of RN experience, preferably in Emergency Department or Critical Care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Previous experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care

Compensation:

$44.00 per hour
