Nurse Care Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Manager to join our team at Big Spring Center for Skilled Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Implement resident care plans in accordance with Company and federal guidelines, as well as physician orders.
- Perform treatments and accurately document resident charts.
- Participate in shift reports and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to organize workflow.
