About the Opportunity:

The Client Service Specialist role at Hylant is a key position that requires exceptional service skills, relationship development, and the ability to effectively multi-task. As a hybrid-based employee, you will work closely with the Client Service Managers and Client Executives in the Real Estate Vertical to provide high-quality support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to Commercial team members and insurance carriers.
  • Consistently respond to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Master and execute daily servicing and processing for clients within EPIC (Agency Management System).
  • Work closely with CSMs on renewals and remarketing tasks, including preparation of applications, negotiations with underwriters, obtaining quotes, creating proposals, monitoring stats, and follow-up with clients.
  • Ensure support of the Client Engagement Strategy, including scheduling, creating documents, and documentation in EPIC.
  • Continuously improve professional skills, industry knowledge, and key relationships.
  • Provide backup support for other team members in times of absence.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty licensing in good standing.
  • 2+ years of insurance service experience.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and email communication skills and knowledge of when to utilize one over the other.
  • Self-directed team player work style.
  • Passion around client management, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
  • Discipline, organized, and efficient, effective at time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail.
