Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Eastern Ohio. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for assessing property damage, scoping projects, and communicating with clients and adjusters to ensure seamless restoration and reconstruction services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property damage assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop accurate estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and project managers to ensure clear expectations and timely project completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, business owners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for emergency response and disaster recovery efforts
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the satisfaction of clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in estimating, property damage assessment, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in estimating software and technology, including Xactimate and Claims Connect
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Industry certifications, such as IICRC and Lead, preferred
