We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as the Chief Academic Officer of the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences at Utah State University. As the Chief Academic Officer, you will provide academic leadership and oversight to the College's eight academic departments and nearly 200 faculty members. You will develop and implement a strategic plan for the College, foster collaboration and innovation among faculty and staff, and mentor and develop leaders within the College.

The estimated salary for this position is $230,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The university offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will work closely with the Provost and Executive Vice President to achieve the College's goals and objectives.
