We are seeking a highly qualified SOF Basing & Posture Subject Matter Expert to join our team at MacDill Air Force Base, FL. As a key member of our team, you will provide on-site support for SOF posture issues and facilitate coordination to ensure the readiness and effectiveness of Special Operations Forces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relevant, on-site SOF posture SME support to facilitate, coordinate, and engage in all tasks related to global SOF posture issues.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and command assessments to provide senior leaders with deep situational understanding.
  • Support the development of USSOCOM strategic documents by providing subject matter expertise and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Theater Special Operations Command operational experience of 3+ years.
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance and eligibility for SCI.
  • Excellent writing and briefing skills, with the ability to excel at 4-star level command.
