Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, and technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems. This includes engineering and technical administration, embedded data services, and analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of multiple software capabilities to solve information challenges.

The scope of this position encompasses the SOF Enterprise, including Headquarters United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and other Department of Defense military hardware and End User Devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software systems and applications
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Conduct training and mentorship for workflow development and data source integration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations
  • Minimum of 4 years operational experience with or supporting an organization's navigation and mission planning techniques
