Key Responsibilities

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
Assist with staff scheduling and ensure seamless unit operations.

About Our Unit

Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is a 29-bed unit specializing in the care of cardiac patients. Our nurses take care of patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, cardiovascular surgeries, and we are a comprehensive stroke/stemi facility.
