Position Overview

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a fellowship trained, board-eligible/certified academic arthroplasty surgeon to join its rapidly growing service line. This position seeks to expand its outstanding clinical services in various counties in the Triangle region of North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a busy clinical practice in outpatient joint replacement and complex primary and revision arthroplasty.
  • Invested in on-campus academic activities, including resident and medical student education, clinical research, and service line development.
  • Commitment to outpatient joint replacement as well as complex primary and revision arthroplasty.

Requirements
  • Fellowship trained, board-eligible/certified academic arthroplasty surgeon.
  • Commitment to outpatient joint replacement and complex primary and revision arthroplasty.
  • Strong clinical and academic skills, with a focus on resident and medical student education.
