Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent - Construction Manager to lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on Mechanical and Electrical systems. This role involves ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget. The successful candidate will have supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns, and trade labor. They will report directly to the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, or MEP Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience. You should have knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, and cost control procedures. Additionally, proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
