Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor MEP teams, including superintendents, engineers, and support staff. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors as the primary project contact. Oversee MEP project phases, construction, and closeout-ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules. Implement QA/QC and enforce safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Use advanced project management tools to drive performance and efficiency. Coordinate field operations to align with design specifications and project requirements. Participate in risk management, including contract negotiations and pricing. Promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team. QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field with 4-10 years of MEP experience in construction project management. Strong expertise in cost management, scheduling, estimating, and project management. Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts, drawings, and project schedules. Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large teams and projects.
