- Implement preventative maintenance procedures, including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement, to reduce downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
- Employ advanced diagnostic instruments to troubleshoot and identify issues, addressing root causes and executing timely solutions.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to enhance the performance of automated systems and drive process improvements.
- Keep precise records of maintenance activities and adhere to safety standards and protocols.
- Assist in the management of facility operations to ensure the sustainability of equipment.
- Maintain a tidy work environment both inside and outside the facility while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Efficiently resolve issues using strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate the capability to work on and troubleshoot various electrical systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work various shifts.
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $56,180 - $66,352
*Actual compensation will depend on qualifications and other relevant factors.
