Are you driven by financial oversight and cost management? StellarPeak is seeking an EVM Program Control Analyst to contribute to our operations. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, program managers, and business stakeholders to deliver essential financial insights and support for program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost control systems, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and timelines for contracts utilizing validated cost schedule control systems.
  • Monitor funding status by keeping precise expenditure records and initiating requests for additional funding as necessary.
  • Incorporate contractual modifications into control systems, ensuring that contract costs and schedules remain realistic and achievable.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses for programs and generate both internal and external financial reports.
  • Work collaboratively with program and functional management to provide critical financial analysis and support.
  • Deliver risk assessments and opportunity evaluations, alongside Earned Value Management (EVM) performance metrics, variance analyses, Estimates To Complete (ETC), and Estimates At Completion (EAC).
  • Assist in preparing for audits and maintain a thorough understanding of all EVMS processes and protocols.
  • Prepare Estimates To Complete, Baselines, Task Descriptions, and Basis of Estimates (TD/BOE), while establishing necessary reporting requirements.
  • Develop 'what-if' scenarios and assist in creating contingency plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in PC applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Significant experience in Earned Value Management.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
