This role as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel - Cybersecurity & Privacy requires 12+ years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney, including 5+ years specializing in global cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection matters. In-house experience at a multinational SaaS company is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities include leading a global cybersecurity and privacy legal practice, providing advice and guidance on compliance with applicable data security and privacy laws and regulations, and developing and maintaining cybersecurity and privacy legal processes and procedures.

This position also involves working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal Operations, Product, IP/AI, Litigation, and other teams to ensure information security and privacy compliance. A JD from an accredited law school and being a member in good standing of at least one state Bar are required.

This position requires the ability to access federal environments and/or have access to protected federal data. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status (e.g., a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).

**Estimated Annual Salary: $274,650**
