Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a telemetry setting. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment, tracking heart rhythms and vital signs to detect any abnormalities or changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment
  • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status, initiating interventions as needed
  • Perform regular patient assessments, documenting changes in condition, symptoms, and responses to treatments
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiac care, including post-discharge instructions and medication management
Requirements:
  • Current RN state license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a telemetry or cardiac care setting
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry monitoring
