Company Overview:

We are a multidisciplinary health center with over 25 years of experience providing care for patients throughout northern California. Our services include internal medicine, occupational health, interventional pain management, and PM&R. We treat a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions and work-related injuries, aiming to improve functionality and well-being.

Salary: $220,000 to $250,000 base salary, dependent upon experience, plus regular RVU bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will focus on occupational-related injuries, serving a patient population primarily consisting of working-age adults. Providers collaborate closely as a multidisciplinary healthcare team, crafting comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • See an average of 15 to 20 patients per day with the support of dedicated clinical assistants
  • New patient visits scheduled for 40 minutes and follow-ups for 20 minutes
  • Collaborate with APPs on teams, focusing on follow-up visits and minor procedures
  • No evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

  • California medical license
  • DEA certification
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
