Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Healthcare Physician to join our team at Agile Occupational Medicine. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and employers.

About the Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in occupational medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary range of $275,000 - $300,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and location, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, leading by example to enhance processes and procedures.
  • Serve as Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for all injuries, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory physician requirements.
  • Create a professional working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and exceptional outcomes.
  • Work with medical leadership to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement and efficiency.
  • Masters use of clinical systems to ensure efficiency, excellent supportive documentation, and appropriate coding levels.
  • Evaluate and improve clinical operations, OSHA, and DOT compliance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical program with an M.D. or D.O. and an unrestricted medical license.
  • Board certified or eligible in ABPM, ABFM, AOA, or a state medical board.
  • BLS and AED certified, ACLS preferred, NRCME, DEA required.
