  • Priority Setting: Establish priorities during routine daily operations, addressing time-sensitive matters first while accomplishing day-to-day tasks and duties.
  • Task Management: Effectively triage tasks and events according to urgency level, impact on patients, and desired outcomes under special conditions.
  • Cultural Competence: Incorporate recognition of cultural impact on understanding and effectively use interpreters and language translation devices.
  • Adaptability: Effectively assess and adjust to changes in circumstances, resources, or environment, using creativity and flexibility to remain effective.
  • Decision Making: Make choices that result in maximum completion of essential duties and minimum personal stress.

Requirements:
