CT Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work with a talented group of professionals in a dynamic environment.

This position involves performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

• Operate CT scanners to perform basic and intermediate-level diagnostic procedures
• Position patients and select appropriate scanning parameters to ensure accurate images
• Prepare and administer contrast media under the direction of radiologists
• Post-process images and accurately identify and label them
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain equipment performance and report issues to appropriate staff

• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin
• Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Computed Tomography (CT) registration issued by the ARRT within 18 months
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
