Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Tech to contribute to the success of Chics with Sticks. The ideal candidate will have experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or related fields, and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process blood samples from patients for testing, transfusions, or research purposes.
  • Distribute samples to designated departments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures to prevent adverse reactions.
  • Assist in the recovery of patients experiencing adverse reactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy, nursing, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
