Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified LPN Instructor to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As a key member of our nursing education department, you will be responsible for teaching LPN nursing classes to a diverse student body using effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum for LPN nursing courses
  • Teach and evaluate student performance in nursing classes
  • Conduct and manage learning experiences for students
  • Provide input to curriculum development and policy/procedure development
  • Participate in program evaluation and assessment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Current unencumbered South Carolina Nursing License
  • 2 years recent clinical experience in nursing care or nursing education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in simulation and Medical/Surgical Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical practice
