Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and accounting support to our store management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, both in-person and over the phone, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with inventory management, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and maintain compliance with store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent education/training.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
