POSITION SUMMARY:
This role offers a unique opportunity for your commitment to excellence in property management to shine.


As a Vacation Property Quality Inspector, you will be essential in ensuring our rental properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your primary goal will be to guarantee that each property is presented impeccably, addressing any concerns proactively and devising solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, collaborating with various teams, and managing schedules from our central office.


Your success in this position will stem from your personal accountability, efficiency in achieving objectives, and meticulous approach—leaving no detail overlooked.

Our team will depend on you to be our vigilant representative on-site.

You will play a crucial role in upholding our professional standards, ensuring properties are ready for guests to enjoy everything our company has to offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct weekly inspections and initial assessments of new properties, including inventory verification and documentation for housekeeping.

2. Manage annual inventories to evaluate the condition of household items, compile deficiencies, and facilitate replacement approvals.

3. Oversee all property maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors as necessary.

4. Prepare properties for guest arrivals and departures, maintaining high presentation standards.

5. Serve as the primary knowledge resource for all assigned properties and assist other managers as needed.

6. Handle logistical tasks such as the delivery and proper placement of property-related packages.

7. Provide initial home tours to luxury guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.

2. Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and deliver guest services.

3. Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to property-related issues.

4. Experience in inventory management and logistics.

5. Commitment to maintaining a professional work environment and high service standards.

6. Capability to work independently while paying close attention to detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage:
$22 - $26 based on experience and performance.
