About the Global Product & RD TeamThe Global Product & RD team is responsible for building core TikTok products that ensure a healthy growth trajectory, deliver exceptional user experiences, and prioritize privacy protection. This team is growing rapidly, with various business lines, including Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, and Security Technology.
About the TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product DivisionThe TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division aims to meet all privacy, responsibility, and compliance requirements while providing an exceptional user experience. This team works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance control frameworks, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine control frameworks and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work with product and engineering teams to monitor controls and risk remediations for compliance with established standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and stakeholders to support compliance assessments and audits.
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to compliance and regulatory management across the product lifecycle.
- Support regulatory engagements, including coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to external requests and inquiries.
- 5+ years of experience in program management with a focus on audit, compliance, or regulatory engagements.
- Experience working with product and/or engineering teams with a proven ability to understand product offerings and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of key global and regional privacy and safety frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
