As a Psychiatrist with Rogers Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Attend patients at our sites, providing psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Conduct medication management sessions and create patient treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in team and unit meetings, and provide oversight of medical residents and fellows.
- Complete all charting and documentation within 24 hours, and meet patient productivity standards.
- Be licensed in one or more of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MN, PA, TN, WA, and WI.
- Have a specialization in psychiatry, and be board-eligible or certified.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital or clinic.
- Be registered with Medicare as a community provider, or able to be registered.
Rogers Behavioral Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $278,446 to $334,138, and an RVU bonus rate of $66 to $77 per RVU. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee assistance program.
