$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
A Registered Nurse (RN) within the Clinical Support Team (CST) will have the chance to leverage a diverse skill set across multiple departments while collaborating with various teams.
Our CST RNs enjoy competitive compensation, flexible scheduling options with the choice of 8 or 12-hour shifts, and a rotation that includes every third weekend.
The CST is tasked with delivering care across a range of units within Memorial Health.
The RN is accountable for the delegation, oversight, and delivery of nursing care to a specific group of patients, employing the nursing process effectively.
They will ensure age-appropriate care and may engage in research initiatives, integrating findings into evidence-based clinical practices.
Moreover, they will actively participate in quality improvement efforts and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Memorial Health, the Nursing Division's Mission, Vision, and Philosophy, the ANA Code of Ethics, and the Illinois Nursing Act.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
Must hold a valid RN license in the State of Illinois.
Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with policy.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to position and/or transfer an average adult patient and possess the gross coordination necessary for other patient care tasks as required.
Environmental conditions may involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, tissues, contagious diseases, and/or potentially hazardous materials.
