Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience. You will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and exceeding our quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to meet their respiratory care requirements
  • Implement interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • At least 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the applicable state (IN)
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
